From the main page, click on in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you through a four step process.
- Passenger Lookup
Look up the passenger's information using their name, account name, Medicaid Identification Number (MID), and date of birth (DOB). The system will automatically verify that the passenger is eligible for a trip. Please note: If they are ineligible for a trip, you may need to call the Veyo Call Center to continue booking the trip.
- Itinerary Details
Trips that are related to each other (e.g. a passenger going from their home to your facility and then back to their home) are booked together on one itinerary/schedule. In this step, enter itinerary details such as appointment date, appointment time, and recurring trip details (e.g. every Tuesday).
- Trip Details
In this step you will enter trip-specific information. This includes origin and destination addresses, pickup time, mode of transportation, and any other passenger-specific information such as special equipment (e.g. oxygen, service animal).
In this step, you will review the information you just entered for accuracy. From here you will be able to request the trip. Once the trip has been booked, you will see a Success screen and a confirmation number for the trip. You can now return to the main trip list, or book another trip.
