If a scheduled trip needs to be modified, the current version of RideView does not allow you to modify a requested trip. If the trip is scheduled for more than two business days in the future, you can cancel the trip and request a new trip with the updated information. If you need to make any modifications to a trip that is occurring in less than two business days, please contact the appropriate contact center for further assistance.
