You will need Supervisor access to reactivate a user’s account. Click on “Manage Users” in the top navigation bar to be taken to the list of users.
Find the user you would like to edit, and click “Edit” next to their name.
On the user detail screen, click the “Reactivate” button on the top right corner to restore the user’s account to active status. This will allow the user to log into RideView and View/Edit/Book trips.
