You can cancel an individual trip or a repeating trip schedule (if applicable).
Please Note: If you’re looking to cancel a trip within 48 hours of the pickup time, you will need to contact the appropriate contact center for further assistance. A list of contact center numbers can be found here.
To cancel a trip, first, click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the trip to expand the trip information card. Then click the “Cancel” button beside the trip you wish to cancel. You will see a confirmation window that asks you to confirm the cancellation. To cancel, click ok.
To cancel a repeating trip schedule, first, click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the trip to expand the trip information card. Then click the “Cancel Repeating Trip” button beside the repeating details at the top of the card. You will see a confirmation window that asks you to confirm the cancellation. To cancel, click ok.
